• Improve knowledge, skills and competences of 168 secondary school teachers to teach behaviours and response in natural disasters and climate change action to students through interdisciplinarity and using simulation games.
  • Enhance 210 pupils’ awareness about appropriate behaviors and attitudes in case of natural disasters by using a simulation games.
  • Raise awareness among 8000 pupils and 3000 teachers about the necessity of school education for response in case of natural disasters.

Implementation

– Elaborate, internationally and locally pilot a complex training package including curriculum, training materials, and methodological guidelines “Natural Disasters Response and Climate Action”.
– Create, pilot and integrate in the secondary school teaching a Minecraft game for enhancing appropriate response to natural disasters and climate change action.
– Organize awareness campaign about necessity of teaching appropriate reactions in case of natural disasters and 10 dissemination events.
